Return & Refund Policy

At Scent Haven by T'Michelle, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at tm151621@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Wax Melts

  • Room & Linen Sprays

  • Perfumes & Cologne Samples

  • Body Butters

  • Sugar Scrubs

  • Custom Gift Baskets

  • Clearance or Sale Items

  • Personalized or Custom Orders

Fragrance Preference

Because fragrance is a personal preference, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on scent selection. We encourage customers to review scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not entered production or shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Scent Haven by T'Michelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
