Thank you for shopping with Scent Haven by T'Michelle. We take pride in creating handcrafted candles, fragrances, and body care products and appreciate your support of our small business.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, sales, product launches, and peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

As many of our products are handmade in small batches, additional production time may occasionally be required.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, destination, and carrier rates.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly noted on our website.

Local Delivery

Scent Haven by T'Michelle proudly offers local delivery within a 25-mile radius of Mesquite, Texas.

  • Minimum Order: $50
  • Delivery Fee: $10
  • Standard Delivery Days: Saturdays and Sundays
  • Limited Weekday Delivery: Select weekday deliveries may be available after 5:00 PM based on availability.

Customers will receive email updates regarding the status of their delivery. If additional delivery arrangements are needed, we will contact you directly.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order, especially during warm weather months when candles and body care products may be sensitive to heat.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Scent Haven by T'Michelle is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier service interruptions, holidays, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Scent Haven by T'Michelle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery concerns.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review the claim and provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution when appropriate.

Warm Weather & Body Butter Shipping Notice

Candles, body butters, and other products may be sensitive to heat during transit. While we take precautions when packaging orders, Scent Haven by T'Michelle is not responsible for melting, softening, or texture changes caused by extreme temperatures during shipping.

To help maintain product quality, body butters are not shipped on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Orders containing body butter placed later in the week may be held and shipped the following Monday or next available business day to reduce prolonged transit times and exposure to excessive heat.

This policy helps preserve the integrity, texture, and quality of our handcrafted body care products.
